Over more than thirty years of teaching I learned that a deep exploration of consciousness requires several distinct and yet overlapping approaches that I call the 7 Pillars of spiritual intelligence. They involve:

• Meditation
• Body-Consciousness
• Self-Inquiry (The Mandala of Being™)
• Dream Work
• Energy Awareness
• Faith – not derived from belief, but from connection to one’s own essence
• Service to Life

Each pillar is itself a profound path, yet none can be engaged fully without appreciation of the others. During each teleseminar I will discuss a specific pillar, guide experiential practices, and respond live to your questions. The series will involve nine separate seminars, beginning with an Introduction and concluding with a Summation and Integration session. My intention is that this work will be inspirational and provide useful tools for conscious living. You will:

• Gain practical skill in each of these approaches
• Learn useful practices that lead to embodied presence
• Reduce susceptibility to stress
• Weaken the power of the shadow in your life
• Become a more consistent transmitter of love and well-being.

I will begin each seminar with a talk and then open the space to questions.
